MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively seek out new customers, foster development, and expand our presence in the Ho Chi Minh City market.
Successfully attain the company's predetermined targets.
Assume the role of managing, leading, and providing training to the sales team, while also establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and personnel assessment mechanisms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as management, business, economics, or foreign languages is a prerequisite.
Proficiency in Chinese for all four language skills, advance in English is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager in FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry
Willingness and capability to travel for work and withstand the demands of a high-pressure work environment.
