​Role Overview: This role will support the Digital & Technology (D&T) function. The primary focus will be on collaborating with Global HR and Stakeholders to implement key HR processes; Total Reward; Office and finance administration, ensuring smooth operations within the Vietnam office. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefit; labor law; effective communication with global teams, and the ability to manage various administrative responsibilities at one time.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Total Reward:

  • Work closely with the Deloitte team to manage cycle of payroll, SHUI, and PIT:
    - Collect and provide payroll data to Deloitte Team for calculation.
    - Re-check the payroll/PIT report before Deloitte proceed the payment.
    - PITF: Coordinate with Deloitte to implement the PITF.

  • Work closely with Global HR to implement key HR processes according to global guidance.

  • Partner with local managers and employees to follow up on agreed timeline of key HR process.

  • Employment Document management (Employee profile/ Contract/Liquidation/other documents)

  • Maintain and update the employee database on Oracle and BambooHR systems.

  • Collaborate with the global team on HR system transitions.

  • Implement the health checks for employees according to plan; Update any changes on the list of private insurance (Generali).

  • Visa/Work Permit: Coordinate with agency to register/renew work permit/temporary residential card (visa) for the expat employee.

  • Implement onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

Administration:

  • Collect and verify invoices for any expenses in the Vietnam office and send the payment request to Deloitte Team.

  • Issue output invoices based on drafted invoice and approval from Global Finance

  • Coordinate with KPMG/ Deloitte on internal/external audit (Provide data/document/assist to get the document signed)

  • Serve as the contact point for banking issues

  • Office Supply Management (Cleaning service staff, Beverage & Food, Stationery, parking card...)

  • Oversee office facilities management.

  • Contact point with the office building representative.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in HR, Business or its related field.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • 3+ years of experience in the same position.

  • Strong in C&B.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint.

  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to connect with various stakeholders.

  • Preferred:
    - Experience working in a global organization.
    - Experience in HR systems (eg: Oracle/SAP…)
