About the position: The Group HRD provides strategic leadership to an HR team to develop and execute HR strategies in support of the company's business direction and goals through HR policies, procedures, and tools applied across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:
• Work as a member of the executive team and report directly to Vietnam’s Managing Director.
• To develop, implement, and maintain HR plans and strategies regarding recruitment; performance management and recognition; learning and development; employee relations; and retention plans to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.
• Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the company's goals and objectives.
• Engage with and maintain insights into employees and teams to facilitate opportunities for employees to maximize their potential while maintaining a balanced well-being. Manage and ensure the smooth overall operations of the HR department across business lines and locations.
• Work as a strategic business advisor to the executive/management team or line managers regarding organizational and management issues.

Qualifications
• At least 10 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in HR leadership positions in companies with 1000+ people.
• Knowledge of scalable business models, organizational structure, and how HR can contribute to boosting the company's business performance.
• Proven track record of strong leadership that attracts, retains, and develops high-performance teams.
• Working experience in the software industry is a strong plus.
• Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as proven organizational skills, are required.
• Skills to plan and manage people, budget, and timelines to achieve team and company strategic goals.
• Knowledge and experience of different HR structures, policies, tools, and practices in various business models will be a strong plus.
•  Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Well-connected with HR communities and staying up to date on labor regulations, trends, and practices.
