Scope:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in product development, pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
  3. Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, traditional media, and retail.
  4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  5. Manage marketing budget allocation and optimize ROI through effective resource allocation.
  6. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
  7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  3. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  5. Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
