*JOB OVERVIEW

Supporting sale teams for administrative works, preparing contract and proposal, researching market information and lead generation, update monthly sales events and reports.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales activities

  • Completing administrative works of sales team

  • Researching market for lead generation

  • Call/ email to verify lead information.

  • Preparing RFI/RFP documents

  • Renew service agreement

 Admin tasks

  • Data Input

  • Updating sale reports

  • Updating networking/ HR/ sale events to sales team

  • Others as needed.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 03 - 06 months of experienced in sales, data input, administrative or marketing is preferable.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good follow up skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Professional in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

    Intermediate level in English.
