1. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event implementation (brand events, product events, internal events)
- Plan event projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Participate in process to select suppliers, and manage suppliers
- Ensure event projects are executed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Responsible for overall project performance and result. Co-ordinate with relating company depts, MKT team, dealers, and related stakeholders to achieve project’s success
- Set clear project timeline, KPIs and ensure to achieve with ongoing improvement, on time, high quality. Evaluate post event vs. KPIs, discuss with managers on achievement
- Perform required checking/approval/compliance/audit processes related to projects
- Prepare reports
- Manage vehicles for the purpose of event
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University of Business Administration/ Marketing/ related field
- Good command of spoken and written English, Vietnamese; excellent interpersonal skill
- Computer PC skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Min. 5 years’ experience of managing Marketing, Event/Activations
3. PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellence knowledge of automotive brand and product range
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event marketing
4. KEY BEHAVIORS
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event marketing
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving
- Good knowledge & trend-savvy of luxury goods
- Understand consumer behavior, customer insight and know how to deliver beyond expectations
- Experience in supporting to manage video content production is a plus
- Trend-savvy in events on both offline and virtual platforms
- Interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Passionate for cars, experienced in online events
