Job Duties:
  • Interacting with clients located in Vietnam
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing
  • Perform market research
  • Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team 
  • Crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Preparation of O&M Costing of different OEM make
  • Scan the Tender Info mails on a regular basis for identifying assignments which the company can bid for.
  • Attend Prebid meetings and initial client meetings and coordinate with the respective department heads
  • Should be familiar with Contract terms. Terms related to O&M is must
  • Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities and managing / expanding existing customer relationships
  • Open to travelling extensively
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Track performance of O&M and generate alerts in the event of any under performance
  • Participation in all renewable bids for O&M invited by Government agencies, C&I customers, strategizing/evaluating new edge renewable businesses like Green Hydrogen, Power storage solutions, offshore wind and other emerging technologies.
  • Performance of Activities within time and cost budget
Job Requirements:
  • Degree / Graduation / MBA is advantage
  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Electronics Engineering Candidates from other discipline, having excellent relevant experience will be considered. 
  • Graduate in Engineering desired
  • At least 8 - 10+ years of experience in Business Development / Marketing in Operations & Maintenance, EPC in Solar & Wind Segment
  • Candidates with experience in O&M segment shall be given advantage
  • Should be familiar with Contract terms. Terms related to O&M is must
  • Candidate having background of Wind power industry is must Exposure to Regulatory Affairs / Tariff and Grid codes, EVN company will be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis & Upcoming Business Models will be a Plus
  • Fluency in Using Computers Applications Oral / Written Communication & Presentation Team Player & Ability to Work with People of Diverse Cultural Background. Ability to perform multitask
  • Candidate should possess Good General Health, eye sight and free from fear from height (altifobia). Candidate should be able to distinguish colors
