Role Overview
The Head of Sales will drive sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role involves leading a high-performing team, managing key accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals. Identify new market opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Revenue & Forecast Management: Oversee sales P&L, provide accurate forecasts, and optimize pricing and promotions.
- Key Account & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Lead joint business planning and ensure effective channel execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to align strategies and enhance market performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 15+ years in sales leadership, preferably in tech consumer goods or FMCG. Proven success in competitive markets.
- Hard Skills: Sales strategy, P&L management, data analytics, negotiation, and contract management.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
