Position: HR Supervisor
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing
Working Time: TBC
Working Location: Vietnam
Interview Round: 2-3 rounds

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calculate monthly employee attendance and salary payments in line with company policy.
• Manage employee onboarding, departures, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations for statutory employee benefits.
• Lead recruitment for vacant positions in the Vietnam factory.
• Organize and oversee internal and external training programs.
• Manage administrative functions and address employee issues while completing assigned tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 5 years of work experience in human resource management and administration, familiar with various
  recruitment channels.
• Have good learning ability, organization, communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with common office software, foreign manufacturing industry working background is preferred.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
