Position: HR Supervisor
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing

Working Location: Vietnam
Interview Round: 2-3 rounds
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculate monthly employee attendance and salary payments in line with company policy.
- Manage employee onboarding, departures, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations for statutory employee benefits.
- Lead recruitment for vacant positions in the Vietnam factory.
- Organize and oversee internal and external training programs.
- Manage administrative functions and address employee issues while completing assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 5 years of work experience in human resource management and administration, familiar with various
recruitment channels. - Have good learning ability, organization, communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiar with common office software, foreign manufacturing industry working background is preferred.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
