Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Oversee employee relations and handle disputes or grievances.
- Administrative Management and Planning:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes.
- Oversee the maintenance of company facilities and ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
- Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Use data insights to propose and implement improvements in HR policies and practices.
- Employee Development and Training:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor employee progress and productivity.
- Managing Internal/External Audit Processes:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements through effective internal and external audit processes.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and address any findings or recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a garment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
