Position: HR Admin Manager
Location: Nam Định, Vietnam
Nationality: Taiwanese
Company Overview: We are a leading garment company located in Nam Định, Vietnam, dedicated to producing high-quality apparel for global markets. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Admin Manager from Taiwan to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  1. Human Resource Management:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met.
    • Oversee employee relations and handle disputes or grievances.
  2. Administrative Management and Planning:
    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes.
    • Oversee the maintenance of company facilities and ensure a safe working environment.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  3. Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
    • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
    • Use data insights to propose and implement improvements in HR policies and practices.
  4. Employee Development and Training:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Implement performance management systems to monitor employee progress and productivity.
  5. Managing Internal/External Audit Processes:
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements through effective internal and external audit processes.
    • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and address any findings or recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a garment or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
