Job Responsibilities
Strategic Human Resources Management
  • Develop, implement, and adapt HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are consistent with the company culture, focusing on premium services.
Recruitment and Talent Development
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent at all levels.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance both technical and soft skills, with a particular focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Performance Management and Compensation
  • Establish transparent and fair performance evaluation systems (KPIs).
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits policies to motivate and retain employees.
Employee Relations and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and effectively resolve employee-related issues.
  • Oversee labor contracts, payroll, social insurance, and other HR administrative processes.
Corporate Culture and Work Environment
  • Promote a corporate culture that reflects the 06 core values: integrity, discipline, prestigious, collaborative, creative, professionalism.
  • Foster a supportive and professional work environment that encourages work-life balance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role, preferably in hospitality or premium service industries.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
  • Languages: Vietnamese (Native), English (Advance)
