Strategic Human Resources Management
- Develop, implement, and adapt HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are consistent with the company culture, focusing on premium services.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent at all levels.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance both technical and soft skills, with a particular focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Establish transparent and fair performance evaluation systems (KPIs).
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits policies to motivate and retain employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and effectively resolve employee-related issues.
- Oversee labor contracts, payroll, social insurance, and other HR administrative processes.
- Promote a corporate culture that reflects the 06 core values: integrity, discipline, prestigious, collaborative, creative, professionalism.
- Foster a supportive and professional work environment that encourages work-life balance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role, preferably in hospitality or premium service industries.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Languages: Vietnamese (Native), English (Advance)
