Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Key Accounts:
+ Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
+ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HVAC solutions
- Establish Relationships with Potential Customers:
+ Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory
+ Develop and implement strategies to build strong customer relationships
+ Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our HVAC products and services
- Follow the Whole Project Process:
+ Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to project completion
+ Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, installation, and service departments, to ensure timely and successful project delivery
+ Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track
+ Follow up with payment and after-sales customer services
- Sales and Business Development:
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
+ Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements
+ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Customer Support and Satisfaction:
+ Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the project process
+ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of project sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
