- Relationship building and negotiations with brands, distributors, and large retailers who are key players in their respective industries.
- Drive sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership.
- Deliver comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering.
- Develop promotion plans and activation calendars.
- Business account management, reporting and presentation to clients
- Align with internal stakeholders to drive account performance.
- Good understanding of account business and work closely with Finance team.
- Manage pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the sellers.
- Diploma or bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce.
- Experience in digital, or/and eCommerce campaign plans.
- Experience in FMCG category.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills.
- Network with eCommerce platforms in Vietnam.
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible and collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
