Responsibilities:
  • Relationship building and negotiations with brands, distributors, and large retailers who are key players in their respective industries.
  • Drive sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership.
  • Deliver comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering.
  • Develop promotion plans and activation calendars.
  • Business account management, reporting and presentation to clients
  • Align with internal stakeholders to drive account performance.
  • Good understanding of account business and work closely with Finance team.
  • Manage pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the sellers.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce.
  • Experience in digital, or/and eCommerce campaign plans.
  • Experience in FMCG category.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Network with eCommerce platforms in Vietnam.
  • Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible and collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
