Responsibilities:
1. HR Communication
- Promote knowledge and common understanding of the company code of conduct.
- Maintain knowledge of government regulations and keep employees and management updated of labors laws and related regulations changes.
- Ensure employee communication and announcement of HR policies to be delivered on time.
- Promote internal communication to strengthen employee engagement.
2. Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute ER activities and events such as sports, recreation, Year-end Party, company trip, birthday, woman’s day, family day, etc.
- Facilitates Employee Survey, analyze data, and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction.
3. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance for all operations regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
- Assist HR Manager in conducting internal audit to ensure compliance
- Provide legal consultancy on labor issues and responsible for timely inform to HR Manager and Department Heads employee relation matters.
4. Disciplinary:
- Assist HR Manager in handling disciplinary cases by conducting investigation, collecting documents, preparing warning letters, minutes meeting in compliance with Labor Law and company policy.
- Consult with leadership and corporate legal on disciplinary and termination decisions.
- Assist HR Manager in handling Employee Grievance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years experiences in Employee Relations in factory/manufacturing is preferable
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective English/ Chinese and Vietnamese communication skills (both written and verbal).
Working location: VSIP Industrial Park, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong.
