Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulatory changes and best practices.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
Establish monitoring and auditing processes to assess compliance with policies and regulations. Conduct regular internal audits and investigations as necessary.
Prepare and submit timely reports to senior management and regulatory authorities regarding compliance activities, findings, and recommendations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization by promoting awareness, accountability, and ethical behavior.
Develop protocols for handling compliance violations and incidents. Investigate reported violations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of compliance programs and processes based on industry standards and emerging risks
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in legal compliance.
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Laws or related majors.
Knowledge and experience in Vietnamese laws and operation
Strong analytical, logical, problem solving skills, and service oriented mindset
Good communication skills
