Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulatory changes and best practices.

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.

• Establish monitoring and auditing processes to assess compliance with policies and regulations. Conduct regular internal audits and investigations as necessary.

• Prepare and submit timely reports to senior management and regulatory authorities regarding compliance activities, findings, and recommendations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization by promoting awareness, accountability, and ethical behavior.

• Develop protocols for handling compliance violations and incidents. Investigate reported violations and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of compliance programs and processes based on industry standards and emerging risks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in legal compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Laws or related majors.

• Knowledge and experience in Vietnamese laws and operation

• Strong analytical, logical, problem solving skills, and service oriented mindset

• Good communication skills
