- Optimize digital marketing campaigns by collaborating with stakeholders to create multimedia content that enhances brand awareness and recruitment.
- Manage a content calendar to attract a qualified audience to our digital platforms.
- Generate new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content.

Offline and Integrated Marketing (35%)
- Develop localized marketing plans and materials to drive enrollments.
- Build and support relationships with local channel partners to meet recruitment targets.
- Train channel partners through regular visits and sessions.
- Participate in promotional events like exhibitions, fairs, and demo classes.

Budget Management and Reporting (10%)
- Plan and manage the departmental budget effectively.
- Ensure project management aligns with budget and results.
- Collaborate with colleagues in admissions, learning services, and overseas partners.
- Provide comprehensive marketing reports and briefing papers to the Country Manager.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Country Manager.
Selection Criteria:
- University degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, including two years in management.
- Native Vietnamese speaker.
- Preferred experience in marketing for education agents and working with higher education sector partners in Vietnam.
- Experience with advertising and social media agencies.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
