As the National Key Account Manager for Foodservice, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our presence in the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) and B2B channels. You will be responsible for managing relationships with distributors and key customers, ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Key Account Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and customers in the Horeca and B2B channels.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and align company offerings to meet those needs.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Foodservice sector.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of plans and achievement of sales targets.
  3. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Foodservice industry.
    • Utilize market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Contract Negotiation:

    • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts and distributors.
    • Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive successful product launches, promotions, and operational efficiencies.
  6. Performance Monitoring:

    • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of sales strategies.
    • Analyze data and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the Foodservice industry, preferably within the dairy or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of Horeca and B2B channels, with a track record of successful account management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
