We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research and Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing processed meat, with a focus on long-date products, slow-cooking techniques, ready-to-eat solutions, taste testing, and the application of new innovations in the canned food sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development:

    • Lead the development of processed meat products with a focus on extending shelf life (long date).
    • Implement slow-cooking techniques to enhance flavor and texture.
    • Create ready-to-eat solutions that meet market demands and consumer preferences.
  2. Taste Testing and Quality Control:

    • Conduct extensive taste tests to ensure product quality and consumer satisfaction.
    • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures for processed meat products.
  3. Innovation and Technology:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and apply new innovations to improve processed meat production.
    • Test, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  4. Canned Food Expertise:

    • Utilize expertise in canned food production to develop innovative and market-leading products.
    • Ensure that processed meat products meet all safety and regulatory standards for canned goods.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
    • Work closely with scientists and engineers to translate research findings into practical applications.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:

    • Advanced degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience:

    • Proven track record in developing processed meat products, with a minimum of [X years] of relevant experience.
