Working location: Can Giuoc, Long An (Shuttle Bus Provide)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the recruitment strategy, ensuring all vacancies are filled promptly with high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates from various channels and develop innovative recruitment methods for challenging positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and participate directly in interviews alongside relevant department heads.
- Support and oversee the entire recruitment process.
- Update and manage the candidate database.
- Welcome new hires and conduct orientation training.
- Understand the manufacturing labor market for non-managerial roles, particularly in construction and heavy industry, to build a robust sourcing database. Ensure the right fit and qualified candidates are provided to line managers within the agreed timeframe.
- Build strong relationships with all interviewed candidates during and after the
interview process. Show care for newly hired non-managerial staff and follow up on their onboarding process until the end of their probation period.
- Manage employer branding activities on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Plan and organize various events to promote the employer brand.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success. Business acumen is essential.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a high level of passion.
- Ability to work independently and deliver expected results.
- Proficient in English (mostly in reading and writing, basic speaking skills)
- Possess a "can-do" attitude.
- High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
