*JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for offering the best and practical solutions to the clients, understanding client’s needs and how value can be added to all clients. Assist PERM Regional Manager in the daily running of the team, leading and motivating the team to achieve their sales and service goals to increase financial target; branch OUP, branch GP, Team GP and PERM ROI, ensure long term relationships with clients through the provision of outstanding services.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development

  • Existing business developed & retained.

  • Responsible for personal target assigned (Refer to performance measurement section).

  • Conduct corporate sales & service presentations together with Country Head and Sales team.

  • Actively supporting the team to offer candidates to potential clients.

  • Conduct market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness.

  • Identify opportunities for business development.

  • Monitor and control advertising content and spend under the supervision of the supervisor.

  • Negotiate rates and fees, close deals.

  • Networking with clients, team and group networked branches.

  • Write weekly figures and reports.

  • Develop close business relationships and establish on-going recruitment needs of clients.

  • Identify ASK: Attitude, Skills and Knowledge of the job from the clients to facilitate effective recruitment drive.

2. Client Management

  • Analyzing client’s needs and coming up with recommended solutions.

  • Work with Country Head/ Manager in order to deliver the recommended solutions to clients.

  • Engage and implement Client Relationship Management including Customer service delivery models and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Market good candidates (KSS) to existing clients

  • Client Visits – build relationships and review branch performance.

  • Get JOs and conduct interviews.

  • Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs.

  • Ensure that clients pay us on time.

  • Establishing relationships with all the clients to support high volume opportunities.

  • Increase customers’ satisfaction.

  • Interact with the clients to understand the requirements and find a suitable candidate for same within a given time frame.

  • Oversee the process for candidate’s placement to close searches within the required timeframe.

  • Promote company’s image and services whilst sourcing for new clients.

  • Use all resources to reduce the recruitment timeline as much for the company’s outstanding service.

  • Promote MPG whilst sourcing for new clients. 

3. People Management

  • Ensure productivity of consultants.

  • Give support to consultant as needed.

  • Branch communication – encourage respect and open communication.

  • Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues.

  • Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members.

  • Evaluate consultants’ performance and identify training requirements.In conjunction with your Country Head/ Manager set quarterly targets and objectives.

4. Team Building Up

  • Motivating the team.

  • Team Leading: Segregate the work among the team members & get the work done.

  • Actively supporting the team for completion of the implementation task

  • Communicate well with participants as team members and individuals.

  • Increase department productivity and creativity. 

5. Administrator

  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Collect, track billings, verify invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all clients and candidates.

  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.

  • Other Tasks as Assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 - 5 years experienced in Recruitment Consultant

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Strong sales & business mindset

  • Professional in Microsoft Office

  • Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skills
