​JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Draft, negotiate, and archive initial contracts for various business matters with overseas clients.

  • Develop precise sales proposals based on client requirements.

  • Handle initial telephone outreach to foreign clients and follow up with key accounts, including but not limited to collecting, organizing, and summarizing client information, as well as analyzing potential clients and strategizing product combinations.

  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to expand the company's international freight forwarding business.

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with foreign clients to establish and uphold a positive corporate image within the industry.

  • Manage financial confirmations and all aspects of settlement for international clients.

  • Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, or experience in overseas sales.
    A responsible individual with excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, keen insight, and market analysis capabilities.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in English, with experience in overseas sales or having worked in the overseas department being an advantage.
