Job Description:
Search for and consult with customers who have a need for international freight transportation services (Air, Sea, Logistics), import and export.
Provide freight quotes and transportation costs to customers; negotiate and discuss pricing and contract terms with customers.
Advise on the best solutions for cargo handling services for customers.
Establish relationships with customers to sign contracts and develop business.
Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly and efficiently address customer requests.
Develop sales and the market within your area of responsibility.
Prepare work reports and take responsibility for business as required.
Perform other related tasks as required by the Department Head.
Job Requirement:
Graduated from a college/university in Economics, preferably with a major in International Trade, Economics, International Economics, or Maritime Economics.
Have 1-2 years of experience working with direct customers, forwarders.
Good command of English with proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; Sales skills.
Time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn independently.
