KEY AREAS OF RESPONBILITIES:
- Oversee Room Air-con & Air Purifier product lines.
- Manage and assign tasks to improve sell-in performance, increase sell-out, maintain optimal inventory levels at the store, and manage PSI.
- Collaborate with other product sales teams to meet sales targets.
- Process customer purchase orders and input data into the system, coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the designated channels (Nguyen Kim/Cao Phong).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and perform data analysis.
- Compile documents and data to implement promotional programs for customers.
- Manage in-store product share and displays.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in similar roles (Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management) within the Electronics industry.
- Strong data analysis abilities, sales skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Capable of quickly understanding customer business needs and requirements.
- Proficient in English communication.
