KEY AREAS OF RESPONBILITIES:

  • Oversee Room Air-con & Air Purifier product lines.
  • Manage and assign tasks to improve sell-in performance, increase sell-out, maintain optimal inventory levels at the store, and manage PSI.
  • Collaborate with other product sales teams to meet sales targets.
  • Process customer purchase orders and input data into the system, coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the designated channels (Nguyen Kim/Cao Phong).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and perform data analysis.
  • Compile documents and data to implement promotional programs for customers.
  • Manage in-store product share and displays.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCY:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles (Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management) within the Electronics industry.
  • Strong data analysis abilities, sales skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Capable of quickly understanding customer business needs and requirements.
  • Proficient in English communication.
