Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of development of the market for GT channel in HCM area
  • Responsible to manage, train, develop team from across Sales Dept (CS, OP, OMNI, Retails, Channel Sales, BD
  • Responsible to manage organizational sales by developing business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control
  • Responsible to coordinate and communicate closely with Marketing Manager to perform company goals as Customer focus
  •  Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales tea
  •  Developing sales team through motivation, conseling and product knowledge education
  • Conduct trainings for sales team to improve performance with customer focus
  •  Setting individual sales targets with sales team


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in planning, training, managing teams members at least 2 years
  • A plus for language: English & Japanese
