Key Responsibilities:
- Taking care of development of the market for GT channel in HCM area
- Responsible to manage, train, develop team from across Sales Dept (CS, OP, OMNI, Retails, Channel Sales, BD
- Responsible to manage organizational sales by developing business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control
- Responsible to coordinate and communicate closely with Marketing Manager to perform company goals as Customer focus
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales tea
- Developing sales team through motivation, conseling and product knowledge education
- Conduct trainings for sales team to improve performance with customer focus
- Setting individual sales targets with sales team
Job Requirements:
- Experience in planning, training, managing teams members at least 2 years
- A plus for language: English & Japanese
