Position: Sales Planning Assistant Manager
Report to: Deputy CEO
Working Place: HCMC
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the sales planning and strategy development for the company products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance, forecast accurately, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the food industry.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Forecasting

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate sales forecasts for existing and new noodle products.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and historical data to refine forecasting models and methodologies.

Regularly review and adjust forecasts based on real-time sales data, promotional activities, and market dynamics.

Sales Strategy Development

Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.

Sales Performance Analysis

Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate performance against targets and KPIs.

Identify key drivers of sales performance and deviations from forecasts, and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile sales data and ensure accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and production planning.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns effectively.

Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries and support other departments as needed.

Process Improvement

Continuously evaluate and refine sales planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Propose and implement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, or business analysis, preferably in the food or consumer packaged goods industry.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Salesforce).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
