I. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operational management:
- Be representative to take responsible for all the onsite soft service delivery (reception, mailing, dealing, food services, access control and transport plus related Covid-19 cleaning services) and quality control to ensure daily operations of the client sites to meet client's expectation.
- Responsible for Facilities Management (FM) service KPIS setting/follow and continuous cost down proposal. Identify quality improvements in processes and procedures and implement were necessary.
- Responsible for customer complaint and corrective/preventive actions and promptly closure of all issues.
- Establish/maintain/improve relationship with client, keep an open communication with client.
- Manage business/contract issues with client via daily communication and weekly Operations meeting
- Establish/maintain the professional and positive relationship with all users.
- Actively participate in customer assigned events/activities (as per Master Service Agreement)
- Act as consultant and project manager for relative minor projects
- Manage all the vendors/sub-contractors work as sourcing guidelines and working closely with Account Sourcing Manager.
- Conduct and put in place regular vendor performance management. Maintain and develop good relationship with vendors.
- Ensure close cooperation with Regional Finance Lead to ensure timely management of all vendors' invoices, payment, and services.
- Manage EHS on site via close coordination with regional EHS Lead
- Manage and provide periodical reports, analysis and audit
- Provide support for reception and other admin services.
- Other tasks as assigned.
II. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of facilities management experience.
- Prior service delivery and vendor supervisory experience preferred.
- College/ bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge on cleaning services, managing food services complexity required for manufacturing site) as well as dynamic in transport services
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, flexible and courteous service to customers
- Ability to respond to workplace incidents and to salve problems involving several options in situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation sk.ls in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and demonstrate the "can-do spirit”.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and /internet.
