Job Scopes:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with functional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
- Manage complex HR projects and change initiatives effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in driving HR initiatives that support business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages required.
