Achieve Sales Targets
- Create sales plan with the manager
- Cold calling for new customers to build on new pipelines
- Develop and manage key accounts and prospects as required
- Sales leads follow up
- Monitor and implement sales & brand strategy
- Actively contribute to formulation of go-to-market
- Work proactively with team members for account development
- Execute market plans
- Participate in industry/company marketing events
- Display and demonstrate products at conferences, Seminars & customer visits
- Coordinate customer support and service as required.
- Communicate product information to customers and partners
- Attend regular in-house trainings
- Maintain good product information resources
- Regularly demonstrate products knowledge
- Understand the competitors in market
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification
- 5-7 years related experience
- Education industry background is highly preferred
- Working across a global matrix for international companies
- Sales oriented mindset
- Ability to set and exceed goals, push self and others for results
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to write and speak fluently in English
