Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and distributors in the plastics industry
• Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in plastics products (preferably handling OEMs and distributors)
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Language: Good English skills (both written and spoken) are essential
• Personality: Agile, active, and aggressive in achieving sales goals and handling market challenges
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
