Responsibilities:
  • Generation of new leads, new customer acquisition, increase business volumes, maintain strong business relations with existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all logistics activities are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
Requirement:
  • Minimum 3 years 'of experience and knowledge in Sales/Key Account Management/Business Development in logistic/supply chain company is a must
  • Fluent in English.
