Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clientele. The responsibility is to acquire, secure and maintain Commercial audio visual contracts
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Develop quarterly sales plan to expand existing client base and generate new business opportunities.
- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. Assess, clarify, and validate clients’ needs.
- Liaise on a daily basis with your department and update them on any developments in your product range, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
- Manage and maintain any authorization schemes & price lists relevant to our products.
- Ensure the rest of the sales team are kept informed of developments within your product range.
- Meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives.
- Cultivate and managing customer relationships.
- Seek out new audio visual opportunities by outside sales, direct leads, Internet resources and websites;
- Create quotes and proposals for prospective clients;
- Other duties can be assigned when hired.
Job Requirements:
- At least five years experience in IT, AV, telecommunication products.
- Knowledge of audio visual equipment, operation and maintenance. Demonstrate technical proficiency.
- Knowledge of current technology and trends in the audio visual field;
- Experience in creating proposals and quotes for clients;
- Prior sales experience highly preferred.
- Must have the self-motivated, accountable, and sales-orientated mentality
- Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must have ongoing personality and the ability interact positively with people and provide excellent customer service and follow-up abilities.
- Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients.
