Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clientele. The responsibility is to acquire, secure and maintain Commercial audio visual contracts
  2. Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  3. Develop quarterly sales plan to expand existing client base and generate new business opportunities.
  4. You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. Assess, clarify, and validate clients’ needs.
  5. Liaise on a daily basis with your department and update them on any developments in your product range, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
  6. Manage and maintain any authorization schemes & price lists relevant to our products.
  7. Ensure the rest of the sales team are kept informed of developments within your product range.
  8. Meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives.
  9. Cultivate and managing customer relationships.
  10. Seek out new audio visual opportunities by outside sales, direct leads, Internet resources and websites;
  11. Create quotes and proposals for prospective clients;
  12. Other duties can be assigned when hired.


 Job Requirements:

  1. At least five years experience in IT, AV, telecommunication products.
  2. Knowledge of audio visual equipment, operation and maintenance. Demonstrate technical proficiency.
  3. Knowledge of current technology and trends in the audio visual field;
  4. Experience in creating proposals and quotes for clients;
  5. Prior sales experience highly preferred.
  6. Must have the self-motivated, accountable, and sales-orientated mentality
  7. Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  8. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  9. Must have ongoing personality and the ability interact positively with people and provide excellent customer service and follow-up abilities.
  10. Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients.
