Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate with business units in analyzing hiring request and adjust hiring plan to the changeable requirement, 

  • Develop and maintain efficient and cost-effective recruitment channels, resources and approaches to attract and recruit high quality candidates, 

  • Coordinate recruitment issues, such as sourcing, resume filtering, interviewing, tracking hiring status, etc, 

  • Update data of recruitment system, resume & files management, 

  • Collect and analyze hiring data and do regular report to Hiring managers & Business units. 

  • Develop all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview process 

  • Be the ambassador of Genpact with the university partners, maintain effective connections with universities to attract talents and build pipeline for internship, new collar, consulting hiring etc. 

  • Analyze local market and provide all information on same 

  • Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies 

  • Develop compliance to all budget for campus hiring and recruitment activities 

  • Design appropriate strategies and assess effective implementation of all plans according to procedures 

  • Execute sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates with due attention to diversity openings

  • Support other biz matters. (20%) 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Bachelor’s degree graduate 

  • Strong recruitment experience of in-house recruitment, RPO or BPO 

  • Experience recruiting with volume hiring and hiring project planning is preferred. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned 

  • Quick learner, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good at work under pressure 

  • Strong leadership skills
