Responsibilities:

Communicate with business units in analyzing hiring request and adjust hiring plan to the changeable requirement,

Develop and maintain efficient and cost-effective recruitment channels, resources and approaches to attract and recruit high quality candidates,

Coordinate recruitment issues, such as sourcing, resume filtering, interviewing, tracking hiring status, etc,
-
Update data of recruitment system, resume & files management,
-
Collect and analyze hiring data and do regular report to Hiring managers & Business units.

Develop all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview process
-
Be the ambassador of Genpact with the university partners, maintain effective connections with universities to attract talents and build pipeline for internship, new collar, consulting hiring etc.

Analyze local market and provide all information on same

Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies
-
Develop compliance to all budget for campus hiring and recruitment activities
-
Design appropriate strategies and assess effective implementation of all plans according to procedures
-
Execute sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates with due attention to diversity openings
-

Qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelor’s degree graduate
-
Strong recruitment experience of in-house recruitment, RPO or BPO
-
Experience recruiting with volume hiring and hiring project planning is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned
-
Quick learner, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good at work under pressure

Strong leadership skills
