SCOPE OF WORK

Recruitment

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

  • Determine selection criteria. Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools- to select right people for the right job.

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

  • Support Line Managers in interviewing & selection all levels.

  • Provide retention recommendation for critical and key positions.

  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports (if require)

  • Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Employer Branding

  • Create employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

  • Collaborating closely with Communication Team to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree/above.

  • At least 4 year of experience in Recruitment, or HR management.

  • Having passion and experience in MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.

  • Good at English
