SCOPE OF WORK
Recruitment
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria. Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools- to select right people for the right job.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Support Line Managers in interviewing & selection all levels.
Provide retention recommendation for critical and key positions.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports (if require)
Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Employer Branding
Create employer branding initiatives.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Collaborating closely with Communication Team to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
REQUIREMENTS
University degree/above.
At least 4 year of experience in Recruitment, or HR management.
Having passion and experience in MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
Good at English
