Line Manager (Position): Manager - Human Resource
Supervising personnel recruitment for the Company, ensuring the recruitment meets the requirements. Responsible for building the Company's employer brand.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and plan recruitment deployment annually and according to the requirements of the departments.
Develop and guide the recruitment process for employees and functional departments.
Generate potential candidates.
Coordinate with specialized departments to interview and select suitable candidates for the position to be recruited.
Supervise the construction and propose solutions to develop the employer brand.
Make recruitment decisions.
Organize the sending of laborers to receive jobs at the farm.
Provide periodic reports according to the assigned work.
Develop staff to meet the company's development needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements Education
Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Economics, or equivalent.
Experience
At least 4 years of experience in the relevant field, including at least 2 years of management experience in a similar position.
Experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Familiarity with the skills and qualifications required for various manufacturing roles.
Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies
