  • Position: Supervisor - TTA

  • Line Manager (Position): Manager - Human Resource

Supervising personnel recruitment for the Company, ensuring the recruitment meets the requirements. Responsible for building the Company's employer brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan recruitment deployment annually and according to the requirements of the departments.

  • Develop and guide the recruitment process for employees and functional departments.

  • Generate potential candidates.

  • Coordinate with specialized departments to interview and select suitable candidates for the position to be recruited.

  • Supervise the construction and propose solutions to develop the employer brand.

  • Make recruitment decisions.

  • Organize the sending of laborers to receive jobs at the farm.

  • Provide periodic reports according to the assigned work.

  • Develop staff to meet the company's development needs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements Education

  • Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Economics, or equivalent.

Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in the relevant field, including at least 2 years of management experience in a similar position.

  • Experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with the skills and qualifications required for various manufacturing roles.

  • Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies
