Vietnam Sales Manager will build and develop a strategic sales plan and secure major deals with leading manufacturers in Vietnam & SEA.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Vietnam market
  • Build and lead a talented team of sales focused on the manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads, converting them into loyal customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in Vietnam manufacturing and industrial companies
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of Industrial Software SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support and customer success teams.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Industrial Software SaaS sales or Manufacturing Technology space
  • Experience selling complex industrial software solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Existing network of contacts within the Vietnamese manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape and customer needs
  • Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project.
  • A passion for technology and its potential to transform industries
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
