Vietnam Sales Manager will build and develop a strategic sales plan and secure major deals with leading manufacturers in Vietnam & SEA.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Vietnam market
- Build and lead a talented team of sales focused on the manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads, converting them into loyal customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in Vietnam manufacturing and industrial companies
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of Industrial Software SaaS solutions
- Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support and customer success teams.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Industrial Software SaaS sales or Manufacturing Technology space
- Experience selling complex industrial software solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Existing network of contacts within the Vietnamese manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape and customer needs
- Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project.
- A passion for technology and its potential to transform industries
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
