Key responsibilities:
  • Brand Visual identity: develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand, ensuring that it aligns with their values and resonates with their target audiences in various European markets.
  • Creative strategy: collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative strategies that effectively convey their brand messages through visual art, including packaging design, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Art Direction: lead a team of designers and other creative professionals to produce visually stunning and impactful assets, from print materials to digital graphics.
  • Video Production: oversee and participate in video production for marketing campaigns
  • Market research: stay up to date with design trends and consumer preferences in the market, incorporating insights into the visual strategy.
  • Collaboration: collaborate closely with international teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design elements across different markets.
  • Quality assurance: ensure the highest quality standards in all visual assets produced, maintaining a keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Team development: mentor and train team members, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • From China, Korea, Taiwan, or Hong Kong.
  • BA in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Graphic Design, FMCG industry is a must
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and video projects.
  • Proficiency in design software
  • Indepth knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a strong focus on visual aesthetics.
