Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide regulatory compliance advice/assistance related to the company's and funds' operations.
• Draft, review, and provide recommendations on legally binding documents (including NDAs, distribution agreements, service agreements, IT agreements, and complex legal/transaction documents) under the guidance of legal counsels or the Head of the Legal & Compliance Department.
• Support the Compliance Officer in making public disclosures and reporting for the company and its funds in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Perform other legal and compliance tasks as assigned by legal counsels or the Head of the Legal & Compliance Department.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher.
• Specialization in commercial law and regulations (expertise in securities regulations is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in English

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a foreign law firm and/or a top-tier Vietnamese law firm.
