We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Training Specialist to develop and deliver a comprehensive product video courses. This role is ideal for someone who has Business Analyst skill, with a strong interest in scripting (such as SQL), training experience, and a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in manufacturing and finance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in training our target audience on our product solutions and enabling them to make basic modifications to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying the target audience: Details of who the potential customers of the product are, that support successful course content creation.
- Course Development: Design, develop, and deliver video training courses focused on our product solutions, including
- Product Deployment: Guidance on product implementation using flexible settings (no-code);
- Product Customization: Instructions on how to customize the product to meet specific customer requirements using a low-code approach (our product supports a low-code approach to customize on demand easily). The key feature of this course is not to delve into coding, but to limit it to small changes that can be completed by business analysts without programming knowledge, such as preparing specialized reports or designing printed forms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative training materials that cover product features, functionalities, and customization options using scripting and configuration.
- Business Analysis: Utilize your knowledge of manufacturing processes and finance to create relevant business scenarios and use cases for the training course.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and ensure that target audiences can understand and apply the product knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure training materials are aligned with the latest product features.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, or a related field with solid understanding of business processes, especially in manufacturing and finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages(such as SQL) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analyst, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Be able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical users
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and educate audiences.
