Job Responsibilities: 

1. Seeking for customers in field of logistics such as sea freight, air freight, trucking, customs declarations… and find ways to approach them to introduce the company's services 

2. Dealing and negotiate with customers in order to reach sales target 

3. Care, maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers 

4. Build sales plans and strategies to expand the company market. 

5. Utilize marketing and sales skills to develop the company brand name, build brand awareness widely in the logistics market. 

6. Regularly update information on the logistics market and competitors to have information for your solutions. 

7. Attend events and conferences in Vietnam and abroad to develop relationships with potential customers and business partners 

8. Tailor made logistic solutions for project or key account potential customers. 

9. Report to direct Manager as required. 

10. Other tasks as assigned. 

 

Job Qualifications:  

  • Taiwanese living in Vietnam or Taiwan 

  • Have at least 1 – 3 year working experience in similar position in logistics industry 

  • Proficient in Taiwanese, English is good enough to communicate 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) 

  • Be willing for oversea and domestic business trip as required. 

  • Good in both independent work and teamwork 

  • Working Conscientiously 

  • Dynamic style, confidence, flexibility, good adaptability 

 

Benefit: 

  • Salary: Negotiate 

  • 13th month salary: 13th month salary is paid in pro-rated to the number of actual working months from the date of signing the Labor contract. If you reach the target by the time of the bonus, you will receive 100% pro-rated amount. In case your performance is below your target, the bonus will be calculated on the actual achievement rate. 

  • Sales target bonus according to the company's business policy. 

  • Visa, work permit and temporary residence card (in accordance with the Vietnamese Labor law): Prepared and paid by the company when hitting the target and pass the probation 

  • Annual leave and extra leave: Have annual leave according to the labor law and will get 16 extra leaves when hitting the target 

  • Round trip air ticket: 4 round tickets per year when hitting the target 

  • Accommodation allowance: USD300/month (this amount will be paid after the probation period and hit the target 

  • Periodic health check, team building, annual travel 

  • Annual company trip, company parties, bonus on national holidays, …
