RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform timekeeping and salary calculation for employees
Supervise labor management and update labors in compliance with laws and regulation of the Company
Carry out bonus calculation for employees. Participate in building a system of salary distribution plans.
Manage KPI assessment results and employee achievements.
Monthly labor report; personnel decisions; salary changes...
Implement reward records.
Research and propose solutions to develop the Company's welfare system.
Register to increase or decrease social insurance - health insurance - unemployment insurance.
Off-boarding process
Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department. .
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor in Human Resource, open for fresher
Having experience or knowledge of human resources (oil & gas industry is a plus)
Good at English
Detail oriented
Good communication
Good knowledge of Labor Law
