- Support the Senior Sales Director in developing the annual plan for the department and the development orientation of the teams in the department.
- Manage the overall activities of the customer management team.
- Based on the company's business development orientation, establish communication channels with customers, coordinate and be responsible for welcoming & maintaining relationships with customers.
- Implement the company's sales policies and strategies.
- Organize training to improve sales skills for managers/subordinates.
- Check and monitor the completion of product sample development progress, ensure the sample development process goes smoothly, on time and achieves the highest profit margin.
- Handle customer comments and complaints, and propose improvement and prevention measures to establish strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Support the Senior Sales Director to expand the business market development according to the Company's development orientation and ensure the business activities of the customer group run smoothly. - Other tasks as required by the Senior Sales Director.
